Duties:

• Draft and review legal documents related to business transactions, including contracts, agreements, and corporate documents.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
• 1-6 years of experience in transactional law.
