Location:

• Chattanooga, Tennessee

Duties:

• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and conference notes
• Conduct depositions and manage court appearances
• Provide legal counsel to insurance claims departments
• Manage a diverse litigation caseload
• Conduct discovery research and analyze legal documents

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Tennessee
• Exceptional writing, communication, and research skills
• Strongly preferred: Resident of the Chattanooga area

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice in Tennessee

Skills:

• Civil litigation
• Legal research and writing
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Deposition and court appearance experience
• Case management and legal document preparation
