Job Overview:
A well-established personal injury law firm based in Chattanooga, Tennessee is seeking a full-time Litigation Attorney to handle car accident and premises liability cases. The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice in Tennessee, with additional licensure in Georgia considered a plus. Location:

• Chattanooga, Tennessee

Duties:

• Manage personal injury cases involving car accidents and premises liability

• Collaborate closely with other attorneys on shared case files

• Engage in all phases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation

• Develop legal strategies based on case facts and client goals

• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel

• Utilize firm-provided legal forms, resources, and templates to streamline casework

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in Tennessee (required)

• Georgia bar license (preferred but not required)

• Interest or experience in personal injury litigation

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment

• Willingness to learn, grow, and invest long-term in the firm’s practice

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Tennessee

• Georgia license a plus

Skills:

• Knowledge of common medical issues in personal injury cases (preferred)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Proactive, trustworthy, and dependable

• Ability to manage case deadlines and litigation timelines
