Duties

• Manage multiple cases independently from inception through resolution.

• Act as a primary client contact and contribute to practice growth.
• Engage in deposition and courtroom activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of employment litigation experience.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Project management skills and ability to manage cases independently.
• Licensed to practice in California.

Education

• Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school.

Certifications

• California Bar admission.
