Duties

• Design and draft complex estate planning documents, including Revocable Trusts and related structures.
• Manage the transfer of QSBS stock, business interests, and real estate.
• Oversee complex trust and estate administrations.
• Conduct sophisticated legal research and analysis.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in estate planning for high-net-worth individuals.
• Proven track record in managing complex matters independently.
• Experience in a fast-paced law firm setting preferred.
• Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
• LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning preferred.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of California.
