Duties

• Draft and review executive employment and separation agreements.
• Advise on employment dimensions of M&A transactions.
• Assist with statutory and regulatory compliance.
• Engage in litigation support as needed.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Litigation experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Virginia or eligibility to waive in.
