A law firm is seeking an experienced Attorney to join their team, specializing in Mortgage Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Eviction, Replevin, and Litigation. The successful candidate will be responsible for attending court hearings across multiple counties, managing case files, ensuring deadlines are met, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and conducting thorough legal research.

Duties

• Attend court hearings in various counties throughout the state.
• Manage case files and monitor cases to ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare and review legal documents, including complaints, judgments, and sale pleadings.
• Draft responses to pleadings and prepare/respond to discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategy and decisions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Mortgage Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Eviction, Replevin, and Litigation.
• Familiarity with Black Knight and FNMA guidelines is a plus.
• Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA-accredited university.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey; a Pennsylvania license is a plus.
