Duties

• Speak directly with prospective clients to explain the legal process and assist in decision-making.
• Establish credibility and trust quickly through professional communication.
• Follow up on pending calls and unsigned retainers, ensuring timely communication.
• Coordinate with leadership and attorneys to ensure efficient case onboarding.
• Document conversations and case assessments accurately in the intake system.
• Evaluate potential personal injury cases with the Under Review team.
• Review early case materials to inform assessments and decisions.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active member of a state Bar in good standing.
• 1+ years experience managing a high-volume caseload or intake pipeline.
• Familiarity with client intake and case management platforms preferred.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Fluency in Spanish is a strong plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member of a state Bar in good standing.
