A law firm seeks a skilled Remote Business Immigration Attorney to join its team as Of Counsel. This position is ideal for legal professionals experienced in employment immigration law who can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or abroad. The attorney will focus on various immigration cases, including H1B, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and more while collaborating with clients and team members.

Duties

• Handle employment immigration cases, including but not limited to H1B, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and PERM/EB-3 applications.
• Prepare and review immigration applications and documentation.
• Conduct thorough legal research and maintain attention to detail in all aspects of casework.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries throughout the immigration process.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure efficient case management.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in employment immigration law, including H1B, PERM, and I-140 cases.
• Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise legal documents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctuality and a professional attitude are essential.
• Proficiency in Spanish, Chinese, Russian, or Arabic is a significant advantage.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.
• Experience with immigration software and case management tools is a plus.
