Duties:

• Assist Senior Attorney in all phases of legal practice.
• Handle client communication and manage case files.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
• Take depositions and conduct court appearances.
• Participate in trials and assist in trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and provide recommendations.
• Manage multiple cases independently, with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Experience in general practice, with a focus on Personal Injury, General Corporate, and Successions.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong IT proficiency.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Self-motivated and highly organized.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Louisiana.
