A law firm seeks a highly motivated associate to join its Finance, Bankruptcy & Restructuring Practice Group on the Financial Services Team in North Carolina, Charlotte.
Duties
- Document, negotiate, and close secured and unsecured credit facilities and loan transactions.
- Conduct due diligence for various credit facilities.
- Manage large commercial and corporate lending transactions from inception through post-closing.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of sophisticated finance experience.
- Experience with syndicated credit facilities preferred.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Commitment to exceptional client service.
- Licensed or eligible to be immediately licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
