The candidate should be a Estate Planning & Real Estate Associate with 5+ years of experience in real estate, estate planning, probate and business law. Should have experience working on sophisticated estate planning, estate administration matters, real estate transactions and with providing general business advice. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly motivated and hard-working, be able to work with minimal supervision and a desire to have significant client and referral source interaction. Priority given to applicants with existing clientele. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
