Mass Tort, Product, and Consumer Litigation Associate

The candidate must have 3-5 years of regulatory and counseling experience. Candidates should demonstrate an interest in product risk regulatory work, and expertise with NHTSA, CPSC, or FDA is preferred. Should also have some litigation experience and be comfortable interfacing with agencies and clients on a regular basis. Should have excellent academic credentials and oral and written skills. Must be a member of the D.C. Bar or eligible to waive in.
