Duties:

• Manage litigation cases from inception through resolution, including drafting motions, discovery, and case strategy.
• Prepare clear, persuasive legal arguments and documents.
• Take ownership of cases, working independently and collaboratively with senior attorneys.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Participate in legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
• Provide high-quality legal counsel and strategic advice to clients.
• Work closely with other attorneys and staff to support litigation efforts.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of substantive litigation experience.
• Strong case management skills and ability to handle a variety of litigation matters.
• Advanced law and motion skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in California.
