• Oversee all aspects of litigation, including trial and post-trial procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of client work and track billable hours.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Significant experience in depositions and in-court advocacy.
• Experience with evidentiary and legal arguments at trial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle complex legal issues with precision.
• Proficient in legal research tools and litigation software.
• Experience with trial preparation and high-stakes litigation management.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor junior attorneys and legal staff.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in the state of Texas, in good standing.
