Job Overview

A law firm seeks a skilled associate with a minimum of three years of patent litigation experience to join its expanding practice in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will contribute to a dynamic team dedicated to protecting clients' intellectual property and achieving precedent-setting victories.

Duties

• Represent clients in complex intellectual property litigation cases.
• Collaborate with a team of over 100 IP litigators on diverse matters.
• Engage in trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.
• Develop strategies to address IP and related claims.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of patent litigation experience.
• Undergraduate and/or advanced degree in engineering, computer science, chemistry, biology, physics, or a similar field preferred.

Education

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Certifications

• Bar admission in good standing.
