Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial leases.
• Manage commercial real estate transactions from letter of intent to closing.

• Collaborate with a multi-state team of attorneys.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years practicing commercial real estate law.
• Experience with ground leasing preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple matters and clients efficiently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
