Payroll/Human Resources Coordinator
Responsibilities: Organize, input, and process weekly payroll using the Firm’s HRIS system (UKG Software) to ensure accurate and timely processing of full cycle payroll for 300+ employees. Responsible for weekly payroll balancing, and producing weekly, monthly and year-end payroll and tax reports. Reconcile benefits, 401(k), and general ledger accounts relative to payroll.; Ensure compliance with both internal payroll and HR policies. Remain current on all Federal and State regulations related to compensation, FMLA and Workers' Compensation matters. Maintain information in the HRIS database and Access database. Perform employment verifications. Responsible to handle the Leave administration (FMLA) and Worker’s Compensation procedures. Routinely assisting with matters of a highly sensitive or confidential nature, while maintaining discretion. Assist with the employee onboarding and off-boarding process when needed. Assist in writing, reviewing, editing, and proofreading Firms' policies & procedures, and related documents as needed. Preparation of various payroll and HR reports on an as-needed basis. Assist with various employee training. Assist with the coordination of office events and employee training.
