Duties

• Prepare written discovery requests and responses.
• Develop case strategy and prepare pleadings.
• Handle all components of electronic discovery.
• Assist in deposition preparation and try cases as second chair.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
• 2-7 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
• Strong communication skills, especially in high-stress situations.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Pennsylvania; additional licenses in Delaware or New York preferred.
