Duties

• Handle litigation in complex family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and property division

• Collaborate with in-house discovery attorneys and forensic experts

• Draft and file motions, pleadings, and legal correspondence

• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and settlement conferences

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and client communication

• Mentor junior associates and contribute to team development

• Contribute to firm initiatives and long-term litigation strategy

Requirements

• Extensive experience in family law litigation (senior-level competency required)

• Demonstrated ability to manage high-asset and complex family law cases

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to work product quality

• Ability to operate with independence while working within a collaborative legal team

• Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS) designation preferred, not required

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the state of California

• Certified Family Law Specialist (preferred)
