Duties:

• Work closely with colleagues and clients to ensure efficient and effective delivery of legal services

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience handling general corporate law matters

• Proven experience in mergers, acquisitions, and complex corporate transactions

• Strong understanding of state and federal corporate legal frameworks

• Exceptional analytical, writing, and communication abilities

• High degree of self-direction and professional accountability

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania
