Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join its Capital Markets practice in New York. The ideal candidate will have experience in structured finance and will work within a dedicated Agency and Trust team. This role involves drafting and reviewing transaction documents, coordinating with trustees, and supporting deal execution.

Duties

• Represent trustees and other service providers in structured finance transactions.
• Review and negotiate primary transaction documents and agreements.
• Draft and negotiate ancillary documents and agreements.
• Communicate with clients and transaction counterparties.
• Collaborate to manage all aspects of work.
• Support practice development initiatives.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of law firm experience preferred.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of New York and in good standing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admitted to the New York State Bar.
