Duties

• Manage litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Develop and implement case strategies.
• Conduct discovery and manage depositions.
• Coordinate with experts and engage in law and motion practice.
• Interface with clients and opposing counsel.
• Prepare for trials and attend mediations.
• Supervise and train junior associates.

Requirements

• 3-6+ years of litigation experience in a law firm environment.
• Experience with general liability, construction, personal injury, and business disputes.
• Ability to handle cases independently.
• Exceptional communication and advocacy skills.
• Current admission to the State Bar of Nevada.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
