Requirements:

• Significant experience in practicing Commercial Litigation
• The ideal candidate will have 4-20 years of experience 
• Proven leadership capabilities
• Ability to recognize and capitalize on business development opportunities
• Strong command of statutes and litigation strategy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and client service

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active state bar membership (Florida)
