Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking an attorney in our Miami office to join our premier Litigation Practice Group. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience with complex litigation matters and have significant experience with arbitration matters. We are seeking a candidate with experience working on international arbitrations with multinational clients. The ideal candidate will have experience representing multinational clients on issues of construction defects, products liability and breach of contract claims. Our Litigation Department is seeking a passionate, dynamic, highly motivated attorney with at least 10 years of experience to assist with advancing our long-term strategic objectives. The candidate must have established relationships with clients and will reasonably generate business in excess of $500K during their first year at Foley. Excellent academic credentials, writing and communication skills, including the ability to converse with firm clients in Spanish and English on a regular basis, are required.
