The candidate will be managing complex M&A projects and timelines, interacting with subject matter experts and junior resources, preparing equity and asset purchase agreements and ancillary documentation, and conducting and summarizing legal due diligence in M&A transactions with an emphasis on private equity transactions and private target M&A. Must have significant attention to detail and the ability to interact successfully with clients, investment bankers, commercial lenders, and other advisors. Should have excellent written and oral communication skills, superior analytical skills, and the ability to manage client engagements. Should have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and assume a high degree of responsibility.
