Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with legal support staff
Participate in business development and firm-building activities
Utilize digital collaboration tools to manage case work remotely
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in workers' compensation defense law
Demonstrated ability to independently manage a full caseload
History of successful case resolutions and strong client advocacy
Skilled in legal writing, oral advocacy, and courtroom representation
Strong organizational and time management skills
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Certifications
Active and in good standing with the California State Bar
Skills
