The ideal candidate will have at least two years of transactional tax experience, focusing on substantive tax issues in mergers and acquisitions, entity and fund formations, or joint ventures.

Duties

• Handle substantive tax issues in mergers and acquisitions.
• Engage in entity and fund formations or joint ventures.
• Participate in tax controversy and general corporate matters.
• Interact directly with clients and assume immediate responsibility.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of transactional tax experience.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• LL.M. in Taxation preferred.

Certifications

• CPA designation preferred.

Skills

• Ability to handle substantive tax issues in M&A.
