A highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Attorney to join its Litigation Support and Information Management team. This non-partnership track role involves working on high-impact litigation matters, managing complex eDiscovery workflows, and serving as a liaison between legal teams, clients, and third-party vendors. Ideal candidates will have in-depth knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and strong organizational, technical, and leadership skills.
Lead eDiscovery activities in large, complex litigation matters
Supervise project execution to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Draft and negotiate discovery-related protocols, orders, and agreements
Serve as primary contact for case teams and clients regarding eDiscovery strategy and execution
Coordinate identification, collection, and review of client data
Create review budgets and forecasts; manage monthly billing and invoice review
Develop and implement document review workflows, including quality control processes
Oversee preparation and delivery of document productions
Mentor review attorneys and promote high standards of performance and accuracy
Contribute to a collaborative, positive, and compliance-focused work environment
3–5 years of experience in eDiscovery within a law firm, corporate legal department, or government agency
Admission to practice law in the jurisdiction where employed
Proficiency with eDiscovery tools and document review platforms
Strong understanding of litigation processes and the EDRM
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects concurrently
Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Master of Laws (LL.M.) from an ABA-accredited law school
Active and in good standing with a U.S. state bar
Excellent analytical, writing, and legal research skills
Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Clear and effective verbal and written communication
Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines
Familiarity with billing practices and legal project management
Conceptual thinking and sound judgment in high-pressure situations
