• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders during deal negotiations
• Assist in the development of tax-efficient strategies to support client business objectives

Requirements

• 11 years of legal experience in tax law with strong focus on M&A and transactions
• Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations
• Demonstrated experience advising on complex business transactions
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple high-level matters simultaneously
• Strong communication and client-facing abilities

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active State Bar license in good standing
• LL.M. in Taxation preferred (if applicable)
