Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Construction Associate with 2 to 5 years of experience for its Atlanta, GA office. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction and/or real estate, representing parties on complex projects such as airports, data centers, and high-rise constructions.

Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex construction documents.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives.
• Provide strategic legal guidance during project design and construction.
• Manage transactions through to close.

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing in Georgia, or eligible to waive in.
• Excellent academic credentials and superior writing skills.
• Confident and comfortable with daily client interactions.
• Elevated attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Georgia.

Skills

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage complex transactions.
• Excellent client collaboration abilities.
