Duties

• Prepare estate planning documents, including revocable trusts, wills, and powers of attorney.
• Handle estate and trust administration work.
• Conduct legal research and advise clients on estate, gift, and income tax matters.
• Advise clients on corporate matters and prepare formation and governance documents.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and professional advisors.
• Manage multiple large projects with significant client interaction.
• Prioritize and organize numerous tasks efficiently.

Requirements

• At least five years of legal experience.
• Juris Doctor degree.
• Admission to the Michigan state bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the Michigan state bar.
