Duties

• Manage cases in state and federal courts.
• Supervise and mentor legal staff.
• Oversee discovery processes.
• Conduct depositions and prepare for trial.
• Draft petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs independently.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in property casualty, 1st party property, or civil litigation.
• Admitted to practice in the State of Texas; preference for attorneys based in Houston.
• Experience in managing cases and legal staff.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
