Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in the state of Florida.
  • Experience in employment law, with a focus on fair pay practices.
  • Proven track record of handling fair pay practice cases successfully.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations related to fair pay.
  • Exceptional analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
  • Certification in Employment Law (preferred).
