Requirements

• 3-5 years of litigation experience, with a preference for employment law background.
• Active admission to the California State Bar.
• Understanding of current court and employment-related agency procedures.

Education

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active California State Bar admission.
