The candidate will join complex commercial disputes practice group. Should have 3-5 years of litigation experience and must possess the ability to assume significant responsibility in case management, brief writing, research and analysis, fact and expert discovery and defending and taking depositions; trial preparation and trial experience desirable. Admission to the State Bar of California is required. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a track record of academic and professional excellence.
