Capital Projects and Infrastructure Associate
The candidate should be a project finance associate with 4-6 years of large firm project development experience representing developers and sponsors in the renewable energy space. Experience with energy projects and transactions, particularly on wind, solar and other renewable technologies, is required. Should preferably be able to independently draft and negotiate tax equity financing agreements, including partnership flip agreements, membership interest purchase agreements and equity capital contribution agreements. Must have excellent academic credentials and superior writing ability. Should be in good standing in the state of practice.
