Duties

• Advise clients on estate and tax planning, trust administration, and business succession planning.
• Prepare and manage SLATs, IDGTs, ILITs, CRTs, GRATS, and other irrevocable trust planning tools.
• Collaborate with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients to meet their objectives.
• Conduct thorough research and provide well-documented legal advice.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in estate and tax planning.
• Strong background in gift and estate tax matters.
• Direct client experience with high-net-worth individuals in a family office setting.
• Superior academic credentials and excellent research and writing skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
