Duties:

• Lead patent litigation matters from inception to resolution, including multi-patent cases in district courts and the International Trade Commission (ITC).
• Handle significant portions or the entirety of PTAB proceedings.
• Provide legal advice and strategy development to clients on complex patent issues.
• Manage client relationships directly and effectively.
• Take ownership of key aspects of litigation, ensuring attention to detail and strategic oversight.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions for clients.
• Drive cases to successful resolutions, identifying potential risks and addressing them proactively.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in patent litigation, particularly within a national or boutique law firm setting.
• Proven expertise in multi-patent litigation matters, PTAB proceedings, and patent law procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases with significant responsibility and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Strong client-facing experience and relationship management skills.
• Ability to thrive in both independent and team-oriented environments.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with a record of strong academic achievement.
• Admission to the Patent Bar.

Certifications:

• Patent Bar admission is required.
