Duties

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and legal documents.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel to resolve cases.
• Communicate with courts, clients, and internal teams.
• Review cases for legal accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain accurate case updates in internal systems.
• Attend court hearings via Zoom as needed.
• Manage assigned caseloads and meet deadlines.
• Work closely with clerks and staff to move cases forward.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in the state of Georgia, working onsite in Florida.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional and confident when resolving issues.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn and grow.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Florida Bar license (or pending results).

Skills

• Interest in civil litigation preferred.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Case management system experience is a plus.
