• Provide expert legal counsel and devise effective case strategies.

• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in various legal proceedings.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Missouri.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation, specifically in first-party insurance claims.

• Proven track record in handling property damage claims.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work both independently and within a team.

• Must be able to pass a background check.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
