Job Overview:
A well-regarded law firm located in Corona, California, is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join its team as a Senior Associate or Junior Partner. This position is ideal for a skilled litigator looking to play a leading role in complex business-related disputes. The firm maintains a diverse portfolio of clients across Southern California and handles a range of litigation matters, including commercial, real estate, and employment disputes. The role offers flexibility for partial remote work while maintaining an in-office presence for key litigation activities.

Duties:

• Serve as lead or co-lead attorney in trial and arbitration matters

• Manage all stages of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, hearings, and settlement negotiations

• Prepare legal pleadings, motions, and briefs for business, real property, and employment litigation

• Conduct and defend depositions

• Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations

• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff on case strategy and client management

• Participate in client meetings and provide strategic legal advice

• Oversee junior associates or paralegals when needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience with a strong background in trial or arbitration work

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage a litigation docket

• Prior experience with business, employment, and real estate litigation preferred

• Strong oral advocacy and written communication skills

• Ability to attend in-person obligations such as trials, hearings, depositions, and client meetings in Corona and nearby jurisdictions

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California

Skills:
