A law firm in Denver, CO is seeking a dedicated Employment Litigation Associate Attorney with over 2 years of experience in employment or commercial litigation. The successful candidate will defend and litigate a diverse range of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination. This role involves representing employers in various legal settings and providing strategic advice on employment law issues.

Duties:

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and non-compete cases.
• Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration.
• Advise and counsel employers on employment and labor law issues.
• Train employers on compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Handle class/collective actions and complex employment litigation matters.
• Manage case files, including drafting pleadings, briefs, and motions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
• Maintain current knowledge of state and federal employment laws and agency procedures.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in employment or commercial litigation.
• Strong background in employment law preferred.
• Understanding of state and federal agency procedures.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Education:
