Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy Associate
The candidate must have 1-4 years of creditors' rights and bankruptcy experience. Should preferably have broad creditors' rights and bankruptcy experience, including experience representing secured creditors, trade vendors, landlords, and other parties in insolvency proceedings and workout matters. Experience representing Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 trustees, as well as court appointed receivers, is a plus. Prior bankruptcy clerkship is desirable. Must be admitted to practice in Maryland. VA, DC and other Bar admissions a plus.
