A law firm seeks a Healthcare Regulatory Attorney in Dallas, TX. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape a practice within the Healthcare & Insurance Division, providing transactional and regulatory counsel to healthcare providers, health plans, and pharmaceutical and medical device companies. The ideal candidate will have a robust platform to develop and grow a thriving health law practice.

Duties

• Advise clients on healthcare fraud, abuse, and compliance, including Stark Law and anti-kickback statutes.
• Advocate for clients on Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement issues.
• Guide health plans on compliance with state and federal laws.
• Advise on corporate practice of medicine and management service organizations.
• Conduct transactional due diligence for M&A and financing transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of seven years of relevant experience.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Exceptional research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Active license in the applicable jurisdiction or ability to waive into practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active legal license in applicable jurisdiction.

Skills
