Duties

• Represent clients in immigration matters including family-based petitions, employment-based visas, and removal defense

• Prepare filings and documentation for USCIS, EOIR, and other immigration authorities

• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies

• Communicate with clients, government agencies, and internal legal staff

• Attend hearings and interviews as needed

• Manage caseload with attention to deadlines and detail

• Contribute to a positive and collaborative office environment

Requirements

• Demonstrated interest in immigration law

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases

• Spanish fluency is a strong plus but not required

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
