Duties: The candidate will advise clients on tax consulting services, including planning and research to enhance acquisition tax structuring opportunities and to mitigate tax risks associated with acquisitions, restructurings, reorganizations, and exits. Identify and analyze undisclosed tax risks of target companies during the tax due diligence process, and to communicate findings with clients and other advisors. Work with other senior members of the tax practice regarding various technical tax issues. Coach, mentor, and train team members. Growth firm revenue opportunities with recurring service offerings to newly closed private equity-owned portfolio holdings.
