Duties

• Handle workplace discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases.
• Manage wrongful termination and wage and hour disputes.
• Draft memoranda, pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Address traditional labor issues and collective bargaining disputes.
• Draft workplace policies and conduct employee training.
• Counsel employers on day-to-day employment issues.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Colorado bar and in good standing.
• Ability to work independently and productively.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects effectively.
• Admission to other state bars, particularly California, is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
