The candidate will assist in the day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work. Will complete the Flip-to-Lit approval. Guide clients through the case process. Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents. Complete TD approval for liability issues. Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages. Manage the release approval process. Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers. Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily automotive. Drive compliance and KPIs amongst the team. EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements. Must be an active member in good standing with the New Jersey State Bar Association.
