Duties

• Settle cases and assist clients with discovery and related matters.
• Prepare memorandums, charts, and tables as needed.
• Conduct legal research and perform substantive legal work.
• Resolve routine to complex legal matters independently.
• Execute processes for various legal documents and maintain non-litigation materials.
• Monitor case schedules, filing deadlines, and supervise paralegals and staff.
• Manage legal files, discovery, and case calendars.
• Serve as liaison for gathering documents and evidence for legal proceedings.
• Support special projects as needed.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in family law.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to respond to urgency and meet deadlines.

Education

• J.D. and licensed in CA (CA Bar Admission).

Certifications

• California Bar Card (Required).
